The item I have purchased was 43"L x 21"W x 8"H and weighs only 6lbs? The only reason why I joined myUS.com is because the person from myUS.com that I was chatting to quoted me to ship the item from USA to New Zealand with these dimensions and weight would cost me $47.00 USD. But when the item arrived in my suite it went from 6 pounds to a 60 pounds and they wanted to charge me $332.18 USD instead of the original $47.00 USD they quoted me??? So I had to return it back to the sender to get a refund. Not to mention I had to wait a week for them to be checked because they kept giving excuses they were too busy and overworked to check it in. They never responded to not one of my 10 emails or my whatsApp requests and the only way I could get through was through their chat service in which I had to wait on average 3 hours to chat to a human! Very very poor experience from day one and I would not recommend for anybody to go through the pain and suffering I went through. I do not recommend this company at all!
