I used MyWorkman to hire a supposeddly porofessional roofing company by the name of Ellite Roofers Ltd., but ended up with two cheaters and swindlers who took 50% advance payment of the agreed contract price and never showed up again and never responded to my phone calls and messages. I sent an email complaint to customers service at MyWorkman, but they never responsed either despite my follow up. In my opinion a company advertising for traders should have the consumer interest at heart and should scrutinize their listed traders before allowing them to use their website and if they receive such complaints they should take the trader's name off their website.
