My experience with NACA has been great thus far. My husband and I experienced a hiccup the day of our pre-counseling( no counselor was schedule to meet with us) I called the customer service line and they were so helpful and got back to me within minutes without me having to reach back out to them. I guess the saying "things happen for a reason" is true. Our counselor Thomas Rhodes was the absolute best!!!
