They are straightforward about what is realistic for your current circumstances and homeownership which makes the knowledge received during this process invaluable. If you aren't a hard-worker, someone who is fairly organized, or committed to seeing processes through, this program may yield challenging or not a good fit for you. But, if you are a first-time buyer with limited knowledge and experience of the real estate market from a personal standpoint, I think NACA is a wonderful program with promising return for the future of members who trust the process and ride it out.
