My Timeline ◾️Sunday, October 1, 2023 Signed Up for the “Homebuyer Workshop” ◾️Step 1: Saturday, October 7, 2023 Attended “Homebuyer Workshop” ◾️Step 2: Tuesday, February 13, 2024 “Intake Session” Housing Counseling & Homeownership Preparation Your new status: Counseled - “Action Plan” Payment Shock of 6 months & longer was already completed but I had to file my taxes & wait on my transcript. ◾️Thursday, May 30, 2024 Follow Up Session with Counselor. (So far I’ve had 3 different counselors for some reason.) ◾️Thursday, June 20, 2024 All of my documents were submitted for NACA Pre-Approval To Be Continued…..
