Our experience with NACA has been positive so far. We submitted our application and were scheduled for the pre-counseling appointment less than 2 weeks later. Connie, our counselor, was knowledgeable, explained the NACA's way very well, and made the first pre-qualification step easy and stress-free. On the spot, we felt like this was going to work. Our next appointment is coming up soon and we feel very good about our qualification. NACA's program makes sure future homeowners are really ready to take on a mortgage, an aspect of the program I like very much because it is validating to those who have done their self-evaluation and determined they are indeed ready to own a house. The $0 down-payment, the $0 closing cost, and the "buy down" programs are a few of the major deals of NACA's initiative. I will definitely recommend NACA.
