This is my second time going through NACA. I went through the program back in 2018 with my ex-husband but we went the conventional, no fault of NACA. I started the process again in May of 2024. Since I knew what was required I got all my documents uploaded and got a scheduled appointment with the same counselor I had previously. My appointment was scheduled for 7/18. Not only did my counselor move my appointment up but I was qualified the same day. I am attending the purchase workshop tomorrow and looking forward to my home search. NACA is a great program and I would recommend anyone looking for a home to try NACA.
