As a realtor, this was the worst experience I’ve had in my career. NACA was consistently unprofessional and non-communicative throughout the transaction. Their response to every status request and question was "we have our process," while ignoring the legal and binding contract. This disregard created unnecessary stress for both buyer and seller and ultimately cost their client. While I support any program that helps buyers, I cannot support one that adds stress and disrespects the contract as much as NACA. As a top realtor, ethically obligated to act in my clients' best interests, I could ...and would... never recommend any offer involving NACA.
