I thought at first everything was going great. Put my earnest money down 700 for a home inspection. And then come closing The house was way out of my Price range. I am a voucher holder. They Tried using the whole amount to qualify me. Which ended up making it un affordable. And now I am still fighting to get my money back. They made a mistake And now i'm paying for it. After all the hard work in everything I had to do for 2yrs I got NO house an my money taken from me. That I saved forever to be able to do this. It's not right and I want people to be more aware of who they're working with in the programs qualifications.
