NACA is an amazing program that my best friend used to purchase her first home and referred me to them. I have gone through two meetings so far with my amazing counselor who has made everything so easy for me! I was also surprised that NACA does not have any down payments or closing costs, and the interest rates were lower than the national average. They really do walk you through all everything step by step, provide excellent explanations of what to expect and what documentation, etc that will be required which took a lot of stress off of me. They really care about helping people get into homes they can afford and I'm looking forward to this journey with them!
