Very poor shipping and delivery management. The package was never delivered but the 50€ were well debited on my bank account. Their package never made it to my place, no one asked me to give a phone number for the delivery and no one left me a note. Whoever their delivery service is in Germany, is very poor. As packages delivery in Germany is generally bad, this is not my point. The worst with Nalai & Co is their horrendous customer service, their arrogance and i-don't-care attitude. Not only did they took my 50€, got their products back, but they never bothered PAYING ME BACK. This is fraud, theft, I have asked them countless times to provide me for a proof of transfer, and now almost two months later, neither do they provide proof of transfer, nor do they pay me back - and worse, they do not even answer anymore! They are not even afraid of a business lawsuit: they do not answer, and do not pay back. Do not purchase anything with them, they are thieves!
