I ordered their Leather Restoration cream and was Extremely disappointed! It was just "White Goop" which left a white stain and powder on my leather! It just made the situation worse!!!!!! When I asked for a refund they offered 25% off and keep it, or a full refund by returning it, but the cost to ship it back was almost as much as the product because they wanted it shipped to China!!!! Horrible experience! A Scam!
