Sean was the best part of this experience. He was knowledgeable and delivered what he promised, but did not give us information on the pool heater that we purchased. He did not tell us it needed to be plumbed in and have an electrician do the work to wire it leading to exorbitant costs. I was told I was going to be contacted by the corporate office because I called to complain that the delivery person did some damage on my property. I witnessed him doing it and yelled for him to stop but he kept trying to drive down my driveway with a huge truck and my driveway didn’t accommodate the truck, but he kept doing it anyway And hit some landscaping on the side of the driveway and ruined it. He tore up the grass, broke some of my solar lights, and as he was trying to get by some large boulders, he actually moved two of them at least 6 inches and we can’t move them back because they’re too heavy . That brings me to the installers. They did work very hard. It was an 87° that day and I felt bad for them but they were a husband and wife and all they did was argue and fight and swear and smoke cigarettes. They left about eight or nine drink bottles behind. If I was asked a question of what I referred Namco, the answer would be no. I would tell them to go to seasonal specialty stores.
