Delivery was two weeks late and the hot tub arrived with a defective motor. The salesman who sold the hot tub refused to take ownership of the situation and it was nearly three weeks before a technician arrived to repair the motor. The jacuzzi leaked up to 6 inches per day and it took another two weeks before a technical was sent to fix the leak. Very disappointed with the purchase of the jacuzzi from Namco and cannot recommend Namco Orange. The sales and service arms do not seem to communicate and nobody would own the issue.
