My family's been a long standing customer of Namco, we've bought 3 pools so when I had to replace my pool there wasn't a question I was using Namco to purchase and install. I dealt with Steve Palaski, he was very easy to talk to and communicate with either phone or email. Steve made the process extremely easy, he sent me pictures of the pool in the showroom which helped a lot since there's no showrooms anymore in RI. We connected on the phone to discuss install timeline, put together a package that worked for me and done deal! A+ experience. Thanks to again Steve.
