This morning I was faced with an unrepairable leak in the filter housing. I called Namco sales and reached Steve Palaski. I explained to him the situation and he was able to walk me through my options. We decided to purchase the complete filter assembly and replace it. He was able to give me the sku# and inventory at both the Hanover and Swansea stores. I decided to go to the Swansea store. When I arrived I was greeted by Lisa (sorry didn't get the last name). She directed me to where the filter assemblies were and provided me with a dolly. I got back home, completed the swap out and the pool is up and running!
