I have used many Napoleon Perdis products over the last five years, from skin care to make up. Recently had an issue with a foundation colour that was recommended by staff was too dark. Laura who i believe is the QLD Sales Manager, responded instantly to my query by calling myself and sorting out the issue instantly. This sort of customer service is priceless and much appreciated by customers especially me.
