The service from Swetah was awesome. She was able to colour match well and the make up lasted well all day. I did not have any breakouts either so feel it was very hygenic. I did feel the types of products available were a bit limited but left happy enough. Downside was timing, I arrived on time however Swetah saw me 15min after my appointment booking and my appointment also took 60min instead of 45min. I usually wouldn't mind but I was a little pressed for time and this increased my delay by 30min excluding time to pick products. I feel this could have been mitigated if the store had arranged a second staff member to manage any customers coming in. Swetah was otherwise very kind, and did a wonderful job! I appreciate her taking time to look after me.
