The “fine” print.. I purchased a CPAP machine as a gift for my brother in law only to find out he had already made the purchase himself and didn’t need one. The website states if the product is in the original packaging and returned with in 30 days of the shipping date I would only be responsible for a 15% re-stocking fee. However, when i spoke to them the lady on the phone said “because of COVID” we don’t allow returns on certain items.. all sales are final! I explained it is in the original box and had been unopened, therefore COVID wasn’t a factor. They still declined and told me I needed to “read the fine print” and that i should be happy because “I got a good deal”
