Sadly after 20 years of incredible service this site has apparently imploded. In looking at the recent reviews, it confirms that Naps is no longer a trusted and viable source. Had timing issues with my last few orders but this time I had a package seized by Customs. I sent them the Letter and they sent me an email asking for a picture of the package and contents (wtf?). I again emailed them with the Letter and asked them what they didnt understand, it was seized. They then wanted a copy of the Letter (again) as well as the order info and tracking # (wtf again, they didnt have this on their site ????). I sent all of this to them AGAIN. They then sent me an email saying the package "was tied up in Customs but should release soon. WTF??! Clearly at this juncture they are just screwing with me. It appears maybe they are having financial trouble and are cheating people or something. Very, very disappointed. I will never risk an order with them again. There are far too many just as competitive sources that deliver much better. Loyalty gets you no where today.
