I have been with napsgear for over 6 years. From then to now I have only had one incident where my product got damaged during shipping and their customer service is next to none, they immediately took care of it. I have dealt with customer service just getting information and even then they were prompt always. Every order placed came discreet with with no hiccups. I have never had a return or a refund done in over 6 years, just goes to show that their products are excellent they don't deal with sugar water and products being short. I have tried from multiple vendors and they have all been on point and never a let down. Now if you want to waste money and time go to the rest but if you want the best customer services, best prices, best products and products selection then go with the best Napsgear.
