I use naps regularly for years now. Great products. Great customer service. Good quality. Always arrives in a timely manner... I have had a couple of issues with vials or tracking numbers or shipping times and the customer service department is always super friendly and super helpful... The nature of the business requires out of the ordinary ordering techniques but once you get used to it it's no big deal.. There are other companies out there trying to mimic naps gear with similar website names etc and sadly I think that might be where some of these poor reviews have come from... I have never had an issue with quality and only very few issues with shipping (which is to be expected after years of ordering) and those are always resolved quickly and friendly.
