I’ve had seized packages & all I did was send them the info and I had store credit & free shipping (also had a choice in a refund) later that day. I’ve always been helped ASAP by their customer service team. Also the gear has always been quality and on point. The gains I see are definitely legit. They also have weekday and weekend sales as well as many ways you can earn store credit. I can’t say enough good things about napsgear & I'm glad they’re the first sight I used for gear cause it’s truly been great & hassle free.
