I've been ordering from napsgear for about 18 months, a total of 6 orders so far. Everything went completely without a hitch with all of them, but I had a shipping issue with my most recent order. The vendor shipped the items, but the tracking was never updated by the shipper and, 6 weeks later, nothing had arrived.
I opened a ticket and got a response almost immediately. The Napsgear representative contacted the supplier and within a couple of days, at no cost to me, a new, identical order was sent to me. I've had similar issues with Amazon in the past and Napsgear was literally as easy to work with if not easier. Every question I had about the issue and solution was answered within the same day and, outside of confirming the shipping address, I didn't have to lift a finger.
This was the first time I've had to contact Napsgear support and I was not sure what to expect. I could not be more pleased. Napsgear has competitors, but I have no intention of ever seeking them out. Napsgear has earned my loyalty and as long as they exist, I will be their customer.
