I’ve stayed with napsgear for their excellent prices and top tier customer service. Out of 10 or more orders only ONE has a hiccup due to the nature of this business. Customer service got right on helping me and correcting the issue by getting more product on the way. All of my orders have arrived on time and nothing is ever missing. Not to mention as discreet as it gets, regular mail. I have shared my experience with people by word of mouth who now use naps. I don’t see these individuals or myself going elsewhere from here forward. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
