The website makes it very easy for me to find items that I need and their products or just high quality. I have been using them since January and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. There was one time where I did not receive one of the products but the team at Knapp secure, quickly, resolved my problem and refunded me a credit, they would’ve quickly shipped me that product again, but it was out of stock, so I was very happy and pleased with the credit, and I haven’t had a problem since.
