Have been a Naps loyalist for about 6 years now. Have always had a pleasant experience ordering from them and I've even ordered over the Christmas/New Years holidays! Have never ordered anything thay ships from their US locations but have ordered items frlm Europe and China. Orders from Europe do arrive much quicker as expected. However, getting things from China isn't extraordinarily long either. So overall A+. Favorite/go-to brand is Geneza Pharmaceuticals by far. They're stuff is high quality. I've had 2 to 3 experiences with their customer support and they've been nothing but courteous, helpful, and quick to address any communication sent their way. They're constantly running deals and specials so it really does make it worthwhile to branch out and try different brands. Super thankful to never have had a bad experience with them to date. Highly recommend. Sorry I don't have more pictures of the items I've ordered!
