We have been ordering from NapsGear for about 4 years now and so has my brother & Stepdad. We all absolutely love NapsGear. We’ve ordered or tried ordering from other places and some thing always happens and the other places are so difficult to deal with. The other places are either out of everything, the websites barely works, their explanations of their items aren’t very clear, their prices are outrageous, you can’t get any help from customer service and if you do happen to speak to someone they are rude or have no clue what they are doing, the other places shipping has always taken longer than what we were told after ordering and some of our stuff NEVER showed up! But every since we started using NapsGear it has been nothing but smooth sailing. I had a little difficulty with trying to make my payment the 1st time ordering, so I contacted NapsGear’s customer service and they were very quick, thorough & very kind, they helped me and I got my items paid for very quickly and smoothly. When we ordered our items every single time we got our orders in the mail earlier than we were told. Their shipping has always smooth & fast, without damage to anything because they make sure and pack everything with thought and care. Their website is super easy to work and navigate through. The products they offer are very reasonable priced compared to everyone else as well. And every time we have ordered something from NapsGear they have ALWAYS sent us FREE products to try & not just 1 product each time but they send us several every time with each order. NapsGear has been nothing short of amazing the entire 4 year we’ve been dealing with them from lots of free gifts all the way to very kind and courteous customer service.
