I am absolutely disgusted with this place, every third or fourth order you can expect them to forget to ship entire portions of your order and then expect you to pay for shipping fees and western union fees twice, or they will just hold you hostage and tell you they will give on credit back on your next purchase forcing you to purchase again just for you to receive what you already paid for forcing you to pay for shipping and western union fees twice because of mistakes made by their distributors, the return policies seem more like Predatory marketing scams to me. I will be taking my business elsewhere after this terrible experience, because they do not make good on their word. I’ve been a loyal customer and they could care less, maybe they don’t realize they aren’t the only fish in the sea and I will be going back to Geneza direct, teamroid because I’ve just about had enough or napgears nonsense. I will be sure to spread the word so others don’t have to experience the same headaches and time wasted, and Money lost. For seven days they emailed me and kept offering me different options that didn’t exist at all, the manipulation tactics used by their customer service are shameful to say the least.
