The customer service has been helpful in the past when I encountered a payment error while ordering and they were prompt to reply. I really like the amount of genuine reviews and pictures of products from verified buyers. Makes it feel more human and less automated, like other store reviews have unfortunately become, ie amazon and several others. Also, I was worried about long shipping times but it came faster than originally posted, it also provided detailed tracking so I can stay up to date. I am extremely pleased with NAPSGEAR.
