NAPSGEAR has been my go to source for all my supplement needs over the last year/half sense i made the move to them out of a online forum post i found / review much like this one i am posting now. My hope is that someone will read this and give NAPSGEAR a chance as i did which i have never been more satisfied with all the great experiences i have had and still continue to gain using NAPS. WEBSITE/SELECTION/QUALITY OF VENDORS: NAPS has such a large selection of options to choose from you can find just about anything you are looking for when searching for your needs and they have so many reputable labs/companies that are easily found to make orders. Its the Amazon Prime of Supplements! SHIPPING/ORDERS PROCESS: The website is setup so smouth that ordering is easily over your phone or laptop with many options to choose from from Domestic or Oversea locations. Promo Codes are easily entered for discounts. Various methods of payment are available so i find the Bitcoin method the best and fastest thus far. You get your payment confirmation once it is processing and then your shipping info so you can track your order from payment to delivery. All vary easily within you account on the website. Shipping times are right on the money with my orders all coming in within 7 days, all of which were not domestics but were overseas. Cant Beat the speed of these when compared to other companies i have used in years past, and keeping updated with all info throughout the process is key! CUSTOMER SUPPORT: if any issues arrise or concerns you can create a ticket through the seperate service site that is setup in the napsgear page that will allow you to address anything you need with followup from an assigned contact in the sytem that you can track progress for with time stamped events on the support page. i have used this one time and thought it was well run and setup. SALES/PROMOS: NAPS always has the Product of the Week which changes each week to a Voted Project by Customers! This is something you can vote on yourself for the next week to try and get your favorite products from favorite vendors at HALF COST! I will say you earn 20% CASH BACK on every order in the way of Loyalty Credit that can be applied to your future orders! This adds up to be some great savings with large orders and they are applied to any products you choose. Last point is that the NAPSGEAR website has so much information to research and learn more from its not just a shoppping center. I vote NAPSGEAR 10 out of 5 STARS from all the great experiences i have had from them and all the GAINZ i have been making it has sure turned up my GYMTIME to another level!
