Well in this market there has to be a certain amount of trust given! You are trusting napsgear to be true to their word and deliver after you pay and when if they really wanted to they could just keep your money and they're isn't anything you could really do about it! But i can honestly say in almost 10yrs of my dealings with naps they have been 100% always got top quality gear on time or if something happens to a package they always make it right!
