So I have been using Naps for over 15 years and words cannot describe how awesome they are. In 15 years had 1 order snagged. Naps resent order. Whenever there has been an issue which has been rare they are on top of it and respond to ALL my emails. The information they have to educate people and the peeps that respond to questions to give advice is amazing. They are the AMAZON of gear but 10x better. If you order from them you do NOT have to worry about quality, delivery, response time. I hope to God they never go out of business. Naps rocks.
