For example one of my latest orders (not a small order) had some shipping issues so I brought it to the attention of their customer service department (which is as easy as sending them an email) I received a reply the following day saying they would re-ship my order at no charge and would be receiving a new tracking number within a couple days. I received a new tracking number the next day and my international order 13 days later.
