I would really like to thank Napsgear customer service for the fast response time. I never used litcoin before not realizing the fees. I thought i sent the right amount but received message In my napsgear account saying I still owed 22.00. This all being fault by not Adding the fees. I quick got stressed out and worried because the lowest amount of money being able to be sent on Litcoin was 50.00 and that Napsgear was going to keep the extra money instead of crediting my account. Well I needed the gear so I sent 50.00. Right after I sent the money I emailed Napsgear telling them I over paid and if I would be credited the overpayment portion. Well Napsgear to know surprise and there honesty, the credited my account for future purchases. Anyone that has made the mistake that I did don't worry. NapsGear will make it right!!!
