Anytime there is any issue their support team is right there ( side note - Roxy thank you so much for all help with any issue I have!) to help and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Shipping definitely does take 3/4 weeks but lately the past several shipments have gotten to me in under 3 weeks ( which I’m happy about that).
