Customer service or the online question section has always answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I have never came across any ossues ordering from them, but i am confident it would be rectified if i had. I honestly have never been let down and have received every order. Every order that i receieve was packaged discreetly and safe. I could go on and on about the quality of the products naps provides, i even have the bloodwork to prove its true.
