I have been a Naps customer since 2019 and literally couldn't be happier with you guys! I didn't know there were people like the Naps crew still around. Unbelievably great/honest!! Example - I had one order that never arrived. It was Clearly MY fault! I made an error on the delivery info... I filled out a ticket and in ONE day they went ahead and reshipped my order to me at ZERO cost! It wasn't Their fault, it was MINE, they didn't have to replace it, but they did anyway! That is Amazing customer service! WOW! Great prices, big selection and delivery has been very consistent (when they have the proper delivery info) I Highly recommend Naps! I will not Ever use anyone else but Naps again! Thank you Naps!! Randall
