I previously had nothing but good experience with Napsgear. On Feb 13th 2024 ordered some product on sale. sent the money and they received it but their support told me that I had not filled out the order correctly and wanted me to go back and pay them more money. Now I asked them to send me my money back or send whatever amount of product they wish I don't care anymore have gone round and round with their support and terrible customer service. I have sent them images of the receipt to Western Union and know from tracking they have cashed the money. I would upload the Western Union receipt but don't want it public
