So I’m now on my 3rd order with Napsgear. At first, I was hesitant to order from the internet (used to getting gear from some random through a friend) but I took the leap and I don’t regret it one bit. The site and community is very helpful and I feel confident that if I have a question. About a product, I can get an answer within minutes sometimes. This order that I am currently waiting on, I placed an order for something that I decided to switch out. I was doubtful that naps would 1) catch it in time, and 2) be willing to swap my order. I shot them an email and writhing about an hour, I got a response with my order changed with no hassle. So far, I have ZERO complaints as my orders always come, they are delivered discreetly, and on time. There labs are too notch and the hear definitely works. Can’t wait to receive my order.
