I love napsgear unique loyalty perks, like the 20% credit back from each order, it keeps me coming back. Napsgear has by far the greatest amount of variety in products. I love how I can order my asthma medicines, blood pressure, allergy and anti-inflammatory, even antibiotics. Best of all, many of these meds cost hundreds even after using health insurance, thankfully I can get them from naps and not need to choose between buying my meds or putting food on table for my kid. The weekly product votes and sales are fun and great way to keep me checking in on regular basis to see what's on sale. Their support staff could use a little bit more staff since at moment it sometimes takes very long time to get reply. But this is ONLY critical/negative thing I can think of. But it is not enough of a big deal to give lower score.
