So Iv ordered from naps about 4 times and on the 3 order my package did not arrive it was shipped out and caught up in the USPS system it took about a month back and forth with naps waiting on package delay to see if products would break free but they still have not..over 400$ worth of products none the less but after communicating back and forth with their team and being patient they shipped another order that I received the other day like always the products are first class just what I ordered! Yes it took a little longer then expected but they did arrive and they stood by their work A++ for naps will always do business with them
