I tried to use my credit from previous order for my current order. They said many collector had been changed due to security reasons so I needed to send to another name. When sent to another name now my loyalty credit didn't exist so they wanted more money for my order. When there is a problem it will always benefit them in the end. I went ahead and just canceled current order.
