I wrote a review a few days ago but it's not posted. That was a 4-star review and I wanted to revise it. Since then I have continued working with NapsGear's customer service department and they have been absolutely incapable of dealing with the issues I have encountered with my seized packages. They do not read the previous comments in my ticket and they don't have a grasp on the situation they are dealing with. I gave them all of the patience I had but it simply got worse. Since my packages were seized by customs three times, this has been a long and painful experience with an inept customer service department. Hopefully, this review will not be blackballed like the last one.
