I am a long-time customer (at least nine years now), and I just want to highlight some of the real strengths of Napsgear and why, after finding Napsgear, I will NEVER order from anywhere else again. (1) As most people know, this is a changing landscape. I had previously used a competitor once or twice before switching to Napsgear. The former supplier I used continued taking orders but quit shipping out products. The is not an unusual practice. Napsgear is different--it is reliable, and it is trustworthy, something hard to find online. Bottom line--Naps is not shady at all. (2) The customer service is STELLAR. Really. Chat customer service is very responsive, and e-mails are responded to FAST. You KNOW someone is at the other end. They are incredibly helpful. I order from the USA, and let me tell you--if there is a problem, they will make it right ASAP. I have an order that didn't make it, and a replacement order was out to me in no time. Again, this is a landscape with lots of unscrupulous suppliers, so finding an organization that is trustworthy and you can depend on means a LOT. When you drop $500-1000 on a purchase, you want to be confident you are going to get it, and Napsgear goes the extra mile to ensure you do. (3) Shipping is WOW. I often get orders within three weeks. They have updated their shipping methods, too, in the last several years, so they are more dependable and more secure. You get tracking information, and they have an excellent system for dispatching that just adds confidence and takes away a lot of the anxiety that buying online can cause. There is extra shipping from each supplier (ranging from $15-25), so buying from a single source can save you a little cash. (4) On top of all of that, their products are *excellent.* Highest-quality, hands down! The reason I initially decided to try them out is because so many of their products are lab-tested, and those lab results are published. This means you can be confident you aren't getting bunk but instead, you will be receiving what you need. They have a wide variety of suppliers across the world that ship from different locations. I tend to stick with just a couple big, well-known suppliers and have never been disappointed with the quality of the products I have received. They also have pre-designed packages, usually at great prices, for those that don't want to go through the trouble of finding their own program. (5) Napsgear has a great loyalty and rewards program. While I have unfortunately let a lot of my rewards expire in the past, if you plan on what you need and place multiple orders, you can save--you get 20% of rewards credit for all orders. Also, they run some of the best promotions I have ever seen, and in an average order I am getting anywhere between $80-100 worth of "free gifts" which are usually extra of whatever you ordered (so something that you need) or something fun and worth trying out. I received free products worth 12% of my total order on my last purchase. (6) They have a number of different payment options, from crypto to wire transfers. Directions on submitting payments are also clear. (7) Finally, there is a wealth of information and expertise. The community there is great, with lots of long-term. experienced, and knowledgeable users who are quick to answer any questions. Their "Ask an IFBB Pro Anything" feature, for example, is a great option to get info straight from professionals, but their Q&A section and the ability to post questions and get answers on a specific product make Naps a goldmine of information to supplement your other research. So, pretty much hands down, Napsgear is the best site: it is reliable and honest, has excellent customer support, responsible shipping methods, great products at solid prices, lots of incentive programs, easy ways to pay, and tons of information to help you make important decisions.
