I have dealt with Napsgear since 2018. The first time was my first time ordering gear over the internet. But it came 100% complete and legit. That's the way every order has gone with napsgear. 2 times I had trouble. 1st time customs had got it in California. I emailed napsgear and they were in contact with me that day. I just had to wait the time to see if it moved as I had not got a letter yet. During this time anytime I emailed my guy emailed back quick. After the wait, they had the order resent from a domestic. $1000 order, so yes I was scared. But alas, napsgear showed me they were good for it and 100% of my order came. The second time I had a problem, I emailed napsgear and they were in contact within 10minutes. They let me know I had not put in my payment info hehe and said if I could get it in quickly they could push it thru. Probly be here tomorrow.
