While I've ordered many many times from napsgear.com but this time when they put the tracking up they put it up with all the numbers bumbled together. I contacted customer support and they personally split the numbers up since there was 3 packages means there was 3 sets of tracking numbers... Too many numbers for me to try and straighten out. So not only do they have top notch products but they also have top notch employees. I use naps about every 3 to 4 weeks for a various number of different products.
