At first I had only given these 3 stars due to an issue with the screws not fitting and continually falling out, but a very kind and paitent client service rep reached out and helped me fix any issues that I was having with the stools which did end up being user error when assebling them. One of the stools still wasnt exactly right, but again the client representative was very kind and willing to fix anything and even was willing to send a new stool out. Overall, im very happy with the stools and we are no longer having issues with the nails falling out. They are worth it for sure!
