By far the best customer service out there! I received a damaged item and although customer service took a few days to get back to me when did they.. they hit it out of the park! They sent me a new product immediately, checked in with me on how it was, and I even received a chocolate box weeks late apologizing for the experience. I write a lot of reviews and Nathan James is by far the best customer service out there.
Regarding the products, they look good and are at an affordable price range!
