Overall I love the three Theo bookcases that I purchased, although three shelves arrived with scratches. I would have requested that Nathan James replace them, but a handyman was already scheduled to anchor them to the wall. Also, the hardware provided for the wall anchoring is not of the highest quality. We used molly bolts instead. That's why I'm giving them 4 stars.
